Exactly what I needed.
This little torch holder is exactly what I needed for my mig welder - I was constantly looking for a safe place to lay down my torch in between welds, and this works great- love that it mounts pretty much anywhere on my welding table, so I'm not stuck with just one spot to put it. It sticks to where I put it, and holds my torch securely. Good buy.

The MIG version is good!
The magnet is good and strong. I went to put it on my welding table and the magnetism just about snatched it from my hand! Since the magnet is slightly recessed it won't be damaged, thankfully. I put my Lincoln MIG torch in it and pushed down to try to get it to pop off the table and let me tell you only the holder sprung around a little, it's NOT moving lol.Overall, it's very solid and well designed.. I would recommend to anyone!!

A must have tool
I wasn't sure if this was a item I really needed, This tool is great as a third hand when welding and need to lay down the torch for a second or as a storage spot. It has a very strong magnet that won't be knocked down easily.

Solid with a large diameter, strong magnet
Very good MIG gun stand with a very large stable magnetic base. This is better than I expected. I have a TIG stand that I like, but this one has a much larger magnetic base. Recommended!

Strong magnet.
Durable, well made, and holds my welder gun securely. Very nice. When I’m not welding, I stick it to my metal racking, and hang my welding coat from it. Magnet is strong.
