I like it Very much. It's usable right after coming out of box. NO CODES!! I love it. Am ordering another for backup because my puppy thinks they taste good!! LOL!!!I highly reccomend this product.

Batteries don’t fit at all
We’ve had 2 remotes now and both of them won’t hold the batteries in place, like the mold isn’t right, and it’s more work to try and get them in the remote then it is to just get up and use the controls on the TV
