Magnesium Chloride Flakes 2.5kg tub

Great big tub, for making magnesium "oil" for transdermal use.

The package was great. I bought these flakes particularly for my psoriasis on both calves as my ankles were badly swollen with infection. I put the flakes in my bath tub and stayed there for 20 minutes. I also made a magnesium oil spray - 1 part flakes to three parts distilled water9warm) the decanted in to a spray bottle and sprayed both feet this morning and put on cotton socks for 20 minutes then washed both feet. The swelling is sand I will experiment as I go. We are all individuals and what ddoes for one does not always work for another. I am impressed with the quality and price

have been using it now for a few weeks. mixed it with distilled water and made it up 50/50. it just works great for pain and has an amazing feeling on your skin, like nothing ive ever felt.

I am a magnisium fan, it cured my chronicle lack of energy and consistent feeling of flue like simptoms and I find that putting it in the bath an excellent way to sooth my cramping leg muscle, it also gets rid of the ruff skin on my feet and anywhere else, tops of your arms lady's !

I was looking for a more cost-effective source of Magnesium Chloride flakes than what I was using. I was concerned about sourcing and quality but tried these out and slept like the dead (my benchmark for good magnesium!)

It just put and simple works, I have sever lower back pain...it works used regular in your bath..dont be shy ...put a few extra scoops in ..😊😊
