This barely does anything and tastes revolting not to mention its bright pink and leaves a horrible taste in your mouth for ages but doesn't numb the pain. Please purchase the Red version as this is the best product for any type of toothpain.

This benzocaine gel is ridiculous for £3.50 it works for about 3 min and wears off again and the instructions state it can only be applied 4 time a day so I’m still in pain I used it for a horrible ulcer on my tongue it’s absolutely agony and I gave instant numbness and then wear off back to pain again it’s a absolute waste of money avoid this me not worth 10p

Despite its name this is not a gel and shouldn't be confused with the high street, popular product. The cap is difficult to cut, once open the liquid just pours out everywhere. If you manage to apply be very careful it's a numbing agent, tastes disgusting and very unpleasant.

Unfortunately, the taste was beyond disgusting. A complete NO NO from me. To try and test the gel, I used it on a cut on my foot and a cut on my finger, with soft dressings on top. The smell was so bad I couldn't tolerate it and had to wash it off. The dressings had to go in a nappy bag and then the whole bin bag into the big dustbin.

Do not buy it is out of date and when you open the cap the seal is broken on the instructions and all the other ones that I’ve ever bought you have to cut cut the tip off with scissors this one was already done it was already leaking out when I’ve got it it looks like it’s been tampered with and it’s out of date 2014 we are in 2021

Ordered on 1 May 2016 I had spots over a week and everything was irrating it such as curry and crisp. Don't bother buying it. Just stick to daktarin. Numbs it for less than 5 minutes and then normal feeling again. There's no point to the product besides numbing. I have had issues with spots on my tongue. I DONT see the point what else is does? Buy daktarin gel it got rid of the issues within 2 days but you have to use the gel for 7 days. + use corsodyl mouthwash too.

Listing states that product is safe for over 2 yr olds. Upon delivery I read included instructions and it is not for use for children under 12. Not a typo in the listing it fully has instructions on how to use it in younger children. Cannot use it for the intense & painful ulcer my 6 yr old has on his lip

This did nothing for me beyond 2 minutes on the first use, after that it provided zero relief and subsequent applications had zero benefit, all while adhering to the instructions. I would never ever use this again or recommend it to anyone.

I had a wond near my lips after removing wisdom tooth and it was swollen and really painful as I couldn't eat or talk. This relieved the pain 100%.
