Our anchor set did great the first two times out in the sea. No problems at all. Until today. Somehow the anchor became separated from the kayak and my 17yo son and I ended up adrift. We aren't too sure what caused this to happen but it was quite the paddle and quick thinking to get us both back to safety.

Does exactly what it said on the tin I would however just point out you could do with two more d cleats and four more bolt fasteners to stop the line from flapping about. I also included a piece of bungee cord at one end to act as a tensioner and give a little when deploying the anchor.

Good quality anchor trolley, very easy to install with instructions. Enables the kayak to be anchored from either end.

Works well the kit provided all the parts necessary to get the anchor trolley system working. Instructions were good but I used a 9 millimetre drill bit rather than the recomended 10 millimetre for a tighter fit.
