A: I do not know if you can buy replacement top for the bottle, main has wear out nearly 6 months after start using the bottle.

**Q: can I buy spare lids? i lost ine and don't want my bottle to go to waste**
A: You may have to buy another bottle, or Google the bottle neck size to buy a replacement bottle lid.

**Q: I bought the light pink cover and it gets dirty with finger prints. Am I able to buy a different cover or return the pink one and you send a new one?**

I bought this water bottle for me and my wife, one black for me and one blue for her and we’ve both been using them regularly for months now. They’re completely free from plastic except for the inside of the lid, which makes them feel safe and premium, and cleaning is a breeze since you can chuck the whole thing (lid included) in the dishwasher without any issues. I’ve accidentally dropped mine a few times onto hard floors or pavements, and it’s survived every time thanks to the thick silicone cushioning on the outside that absorbs the impact - no dents, cracks or leaks so far. The insulation keeps drinks cold for hours too, which is perfect for long days out or at work. My only real complaint is with the lid on this newer model: it doesn’t screw on quite as smoothly as the originals we bought first, which used to glide on with that perfect engineering feel. It still seals fine and doesn’t leak, but it goes in with a bit of resistance, which is a small step back in usability which I only noticed from having the earlier models. Overall though, we liked them enough that I’ve already ordered a replacement after misplacing mine, they’re durable, practical and worth it for daily use.
