I had previously bought a warmer for myself and used it for my neck it really helps with pain relief the smell is nice and it is soft material also the length is ample to wrap around my neck my eldest son visited and said that his neck was paining him so of course I let him use the warmer did I see it again NO so I ordered another . It is of good quality and made well can’t be withought one , it helped my son to!

Good for warming your bed or for aching knees. This little heat pack smells of lavender. Sadly mine doesn't smell that good after many uses..

Easy to use and worked well.

to be fair it is not sold as a hot water bottle, but it is warm heat to ease pain, not sold to pre- warm bed. so I need to put thinking cap back on. Cannot have electric blanket as I am incontinent also risk tripping on wires with being visually disabled.

Product could be improved in 2 respects: 1. There should be more filling in the bag so the warmth lasts longer. 2. I could smell not lavender!!
