Ordered on 31 December and delivered on 3rd January, so no complaints there. Unwrapped it and there was next to no odour which was a major difference from previous memory foam items which I have bought. I left it to expand for the recommended 24 hours, however it is only 2 inches deep, not the 3 inches advertised, but being honest I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of returning a bulky item. It is on the firm side but comfortable.
