Southern Foam Memory Foam Mattress Topper with Cover, 3 Inch, UK Single

So after some research on best toppers I decided to go with this one. I bought it with a cover btw. Packaging was well wrapped and protected. I air it out for a couple of hours, there is a smell but it does fade away.The topper fits well on top of my single bed. Its the same size as the mattress. (note one might want to buy a deeper bed sheet as I found the topper to move a lot without having the right securements in place).Sleeping on top of the foam topper for well over a month now and there is defo an approvement to sleeping at night. Before my lower back and sides would hurt. Now I havent had any back pain. So I would highly recommend this topper!Only down side is the smell. Though I air out the topper for a few hours and placed newly washed sheets back on top the smell was still there. After a while I got used to it but I noticed that my bed sheets and pyjamas also smelled the same as the topper. A couple of washes (literally like 2 washes, 2 weeks apart) of my sheets and pjs eventually the smell left. I havent notice the smell for a couple of days now.Oh also it does seem to make you hotter, so ever since I got the topper Ive had my fan on non stop (though it is summer). But here's looking forward to winter!

This is a brilliant product and the second one we've ordered.For the first bed, which only has contact with a wall at the head, we found the topper tended to slide on the mattress. This was easily solved by placing a run of the tacky plastic mesh used to keep rugs in place between the mattress and topper.The second bed, in a corner, required a cover - no need to bore you with the reasons why - save to say said cover is no flimsy polycotton thing. In fact I've no idea what it's made off but it's certainly substantial and it's textured and well worth the extra money.If you toss and turn trying to get comfortable, try one of these. You'll be warmer too.

Mostly happy with purchase. Ordered on 31 December and delivered on 3rd January, so no complaints there. Unwrapped it and there was next to no odour which was a major difference from previous memory foam items which I have bought. I left it to expand for the recommended 24 hours, however it is only 2 inches deep, not the 3 inches advertised, but being honest I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of returning a bulky item. It is on the firm side but comfortable. It moves around a lot on the mattress through the night though and has to be repositioned each day.

I use this on my bed on top of normal mattress to soften my movements . It does exactly what i hoped and takes away the stiffness and sharpness of my standard mattress and aids sleep as more comfortable. Good value for the price..

Super Topper. much better than the one i sent back. which really stunk of chemicals, even after 5 days. All memory foam smells to start with, this one i aired for 24 hours, sprayed with febreze and smell had virtually gone. Nice cover and i don't get hot like the other one mentioned. It is nice and supportive without being to firm , absorbs the body nicely, looking forward to bed.

It’s comfortable to lay on, however, it smells awful! It's the topper itself, and I’ve tried airing it out to no avail. The smell isn’t as strong as it was, but it’s still horrid. Would not recommend for those who have asthma or other health problems related to strong chemical smells. It makes my bed covers smell and the entire room smell. There was a paper attached that said it is "fireproof", but is making it fireproof worth the health hazard of the chemicals radiating off of it? I don't think so. I don't care if it were to perish in a fire, it's just something for comfort. So making it fireproof really isn't that much of a concern in my opinion. No information came with it as well, so it’s hard to know if this is a product sold by a legitimate company. Super sketchy and would not recommend.

Really comfortable mattress. Our family is a fan of memory foam mattresses, but as the reviews said, this is one smelly mattress. Aired this for a week before use, and a month later it still smells quite chemical and I air the mattress 3 out of the 7 days a week when my daughter is not with me. My daughter loves this though and the smell can be managed by having the windows all day to air the room. I’m hoping the smell will eventually go.... (eventually)

Brilliant. Soft,warm, comfortable.The service was exceptional. I made a mistake and they did everything in there power to help me out. The delivery was extremely quick as well.So rare to find that level of service and that wonderful a product.
