All the B vitamins are included in this one little white pill. This complex of mainly B vitamins are backed by research from Reading University. Research doesn't lie. B6 helps with fatigue and regulates hormones and as well as that, helps to function the nervous and phycological as well as the immune system. There are 100mg vitamin C in this 1 a day tablet so it is well worth taking. These tablets are suitable for vegetarians, that is what I like about them. Before we begin, I got this item at zero cost through the Vine programme, that doesn't mean it gets a positive review though. User reviews are important, they're genuinely useful to buyers and we should use them, so here comes an honest one. So the tablets arrive in a sealed, resealable pouch. The tablets themselves have no real smell or leave an aftertaste. They're easy enough to take too. They claim to aid in cognitive function. You see I'm a bit of a supplement sceptic. I don't think most people need supplements. So I'm not saying they do help, but equally they're not detrimental thus far either. I do feel slightly less tired ... but maybe I just slept a little better over the last few days? Sorry not to be providing any revelations here, but with stuff like this longer term use is needed to give an idea of efficacy. I'll finish the course and report back with an update after a month or so. In the meantime I can tell you they look professionally manufactured and packaged.
