It should be fine. It's just a coolant additive so it's universal. Put it in my '69 Mustang and run about 10-20° cooler

Can I use this with waterless coolant?

This is really a customer services call to royal purple,, bearing in mind this is a surfactant designed to help water bond with the metal parts,,, I would guess you don't need that with waterless coolant as it negates the purpose,,,, waterless coolant by design is a better coolant option simply because it adheres to the metal more effectively drawing heat oil heat away from the metal,,, in my opinion sell it to a friend or call any of the water wetter companies,, hope this helps G Robinson
