BourjoisColour Boost Lipstick Red Island

This lipstick is so easy to use - it’s a great colour and I have found it serves a double purpose if used wisely by also acting as a gentle blusher! It smells good and I’m very happy with the quality - all in all a super product!

Sunrise is a very nice colour, sold out, can t find anywhere. Shiny, nice every day wear.

This is a lovely sheer balm which gives just the right amount of colour to the lips. I need a mirror to apply it but once its on it does last well and my lips retain a hint of colour even after drinking. A glamourous lip balm!

Use it all the timer

The colour is nice, however it looks a little more pink in the picture. The colour is distinctly orange/pink, which means it can't really be worn at this time of year because orange is a very summery colour. If you don't want orange tones then give this a miss, it has more orange tones than pink I would say.

Arrived quickly. This is a fab lippy. You would think something called a crayon would be dry or matt but it isn't at all. Goes on like a dream and has a real sheen to it. Stays on well and leaves a slight stain on your lips when it comes off. Your lips feel soft and moisturised. I bought the red one as well and both are true to the colour in the pictures. They are both soft colours not harsh. Love them.

-Love the bourjois colour boost lipsticks, we own 3 at home, 2 of which are of the red sunrise shade. The red sunrise is a really nice, suble red, but doesn't have the slight orangey tint that some red lipsticks do. It's easy to apply and can be worn everyday without looking too much if you apply a light layer. This is pretty much the only lipstick i've ever used that doesn't constantly need to be reapplied, it usually stays on after ive eaten and if you don't clean your lips at night, the colour still slightly remains in the morning. I do think the amazon price is a bit expensive, i'm pretty sure it's a few pounds cheaper in store, but it is worth it and amazon deliver very quickly as well.

I love this - great colour and the closest to an actual orange I've found yet. It goes on bright orange and settles to a pinky orange colour. It goes on super smoothly with brilliant coverage, and lasts fine until you eat/drink. But reapplying is no problem because it goes on so easily. I got endless compliments while wearing it and even bought a second one for a friend who kept mentioning it while I was wearing it over the summer. For the price, great.
