By the time I was halfway through the book, I could see why. There are great, practical tips in here that virtually anyone can implement. I'm a natural salesperson and it comes easily to me, but I've learned in running my agency that not everyone we hire for our sales team is the same. Some people need practical strategies that they can study, learn, and implement, and this book delivers it. It made me realize that some of the things that come natural to really good salespeople are skills that not everyone is born with but they can certainly develop. And there are also strategies in here that I had never heard even heard of - like referring to the company as "they," so that you and your prospect are on the same side. Genius. I ordered 10 copies for my sales team and handed them out at the last sales meeting - they were literally fighting over who got to read them first.
