Perfect price
I put 2 bags in a 75 gallon tank with another 2 bags of different color and is just enough. They are beautiful rocks for an aquarium

Not Aquarium Safe!
The "Grey River Rocks" fails the acid test and are not aquarium safe. They will harden your water and threaten species that struggle in those conditions (read: many tropical fish species). This product should not be advertised for aquarium usage.

Good but the gravel was wet inside
I am happy with the gravel, and fortunately I opened it sooner than I needed them because the bag had a milky liquid inside. I realize it was water, and some of the chalky substance in the gravel got mixed with the water. It looked really gross, and probably would have started to smell and maybe even ruin the gravel if I had waited a couple more weeks to open it.Open the package right away when it arrives. I aired them out, rinsed them off and they seem fine.

Color and size of stones are very consistent. Great for topping potting mix attractively.
These small gray river rocks can function as a base layer in your planters where they will allow your plant roots to avoid standing in too much water. There are cheaper alternatives for that use. though. My wife is the family gardener and she uses these stones for a nice looking top dressing for house plants.The consistent size and color of the rocks make for very nice looking pots of houseplants. The slight color change when the stones are wet is an added benefit. It makes it easy for her to know whether her plants are over-watered or if they need to be watered.

Decent but disappointed
Not the size rocks or color stated. They are white not grey

Smaller than expected
The media could not be loaded. This is much smaller than I anticipated. I was looking for something to fill in holes the dogs are digging in the back yard. They are definitely not enough to do that. However, if you are going to use it for aquarium gravel, or maybe gravel in the bottom of a flower pot, it would be perfect.

Very disappointed
Thought this was aquarium rock. No, it’s gravel just like what’s in my driveway. I’ll figure some use for it. Too much hassle to return.
