I bought their heating pad in February but by t time may rolled around it had stopped working so I tried to communicate them through Amazon but that way didn't work but I saw their email and sent them a message that way they immediately responded asked me my order number said they were sorry one must have come off t line fauty and sent me a new one straight away. I only gave it a four caus duh sm come off t line fauty. But they do allow you a 1-4 hr on time which is nice not hardly any other brands offer that though I do wish it wasn't quite so light it crumples up easily but other than that it's a really nice heating pad at good price range.

I bought this heating pad three months ago. Last night the wiring exploded and sent up huge sparks. If I hadn’t been in the room it could have easily started a fire.

This heating pad is worth the money. I've had others that don't hold up. I lay on this one and it keeps it's shape. I haven't washed it yet. Also, the control gets hot when it's on. I unplug it when I'm not using it.

Doesn't get very hot & cord is short from pad to control remote. Cord is plenty long from remote to wall socket but I ues pad to keep feet warm. It's hard to reach the remote on the bed, it's too far down the bed by feet. Timer stops at 4 hrs but most people sleep for more than 4 hrs!

I love that this heating pad is longer than average. I can warm my knees to feet. The cover is very soft and comfortable to the touch. Great selection of heat levels; up to 6. The timer goes from 30 mins to 4 hours in 30 min segments. It warms quite hotter than other pads I’ve tried. . Very fast to warm as well; you feel the warming starting in just about 30 secs.

I've tried a few other heating pads and always had to use the hottest setting on the others and was not impressed with their limitations. THIS heating pad has good range of temperatures and the medium setting is sufficient for loosening up my stiff back and I like that I have the option of going hotter if I ever need to. I like putting this under my fitted sheet in my bed so I can loosen up my stiff back at the end of the day and also first thing in the morning while I relax in bed.

This heating pad is the warse I have ever had. Even on the hig setting does not get that warm.
