The amp has no dedicated microphone connection, though could be connected to the audio output of a karaoke or similar if it connects by Red & White RCA, or Optical.

You can connect the Amplifier to an SA-5 using the red & white RCA connections on the back, it would not be able to connect wireless with the SA-5 via a Bose app.

I have 12 speakers in my bar area, can I connect 3 amplifiers to connect 4 speakers to each amp, wiil Istill listen the same music in all my speakers?

Yes! You can connect up to 2 pairs of speakers per Amp, and can group the Amps together to play the same music. This can be done either through the Bose Music app, or through a hardwired connection between the Amps. Please refer to the User Guide available on Bose.com/support for how to wire the Amp up.
