I would say 3-4 months. I didn't notice a change initially and have used all sorts of hair fall products from Amazon and more expensive places too. Only to come back to this brand. It does have a unique smell which I don't mind as it does the job. My hairfall has decreased but I have also been taking Biotin and Zinc vitamins and making changes in my diet. Pura D'or is great though in managing my hair. No dandruff. No oilyness.
