Improper length
MacBook Pro 15” Retina Mid 2015 model A1398. Model, compatibility etc etc was all checked. This trackpad ribbon connector did connect properly… but the length of the ribbon itself is too long and has to be folded slightly to fit! I do not recommend.

Works but it is too long
I agree with other reviews, it is too long and bunches up in the case. I was worried it would not work because it was going to get crimped when I put the case back on but so far it is still working. I only order this one because it would come the soonest and I needed my laptop back.

Worked great but not packed well.
This cable arrived stuck inside an envelope and baggie. I was concerned that it wouldn’t work, as these cables are somewhat fragile and it could have easily been damaged during shipping. However, it seemed to work fine once installed. I highly recommend Amazon package these a little more carefully for shipping.
