Hi what is the black like do u need to use primer and does it stay on after apply clear coat and how long it last?

I used a primer and did 3 coats in the space of 6 hours, rather than the recommended 1 coat per 24 hours. It's been on for over 12 months now and still looks good.

Is this able to peel off? Like plasti dip

No! I used an etching primer first. Then a grey primer and two to three coats of the black top coat.

Is it satin or glossy black?

Satin finish after you add the lacquer and give rims a good scrub.
