They start out working really well but after a few weeks the sound quality isn't as good. They work better when walking or doing non impact sports but when running the aren't very good at all. They also don't fit very comfortably for my years but I think that is a personal thing. The ear phones have also stopped letting me disconnect them from my iPhone 7 so once I am done with them I have to now manually go in and remove their connection from my phone otherwise my phone won't make any sounds.
