I am not sure it really does anything but it looks really cool. Apparently theMissippi State football team endorses .Regardless great "swagger" factor.

I am not sure I am getting any benefit from it. It is also too big on my arm, and is a bit itchy. Not really thrilled.

Waste of money :(
I was not happy with this product at all. I have severe tendonitis in my elbow and thought that this sleeve would provide "some" relief. I wore it for a week and the elastic band in the bicep area had stretched out to where it would no longer stay in place. With a $30.00 price tag I was disappointed to say the least. The sleeve is of very poor quality and not worth wasting your hard earned money on. I found a support band at the dollar store and I have had better results with that.

Wasted my money
The commercials gave rave reviews, but it really didn't help my husband's tennis elbow much at all, so it was wasted dollars.
