hard to say if there's a difference
I like Pukka's philosophy so bought them. Onto month two now and I'd be lying if I said there was a tremendous difference in how I was feeling. I am just hoping wonderful things are happening inside....

I have really bad eczema and have tried every cream, lotion and potion. I really do feel these have improved my skin. I'm on 4th bottle and though expensive it's worth not having the outbreaks
