Supposedly good for menopause (do your own research)
Got these total during menopause as Shatavari root is considered a really good herb to take during this time of a woman's life, It's believed to help the body and brain respond to stress and balance hormonal fluctuations along with Ashwagandha this is considered a really good mix to help. Can't say I have noticed much yet but have only just started to take them, there are no fillers or anything other than the two herbs mentioned all vegan so that's even better.

A Biter Pill To Swallow
Mehhh… With subtle and short burst of life these pills are quite a bitter pill to swallow, especially when you look at their size to digest and the supposedly requisite warm water to help administration. Not for me

Good mix of only Ashwagandha & Shatavari root powder in capsule form
The main benefit here is that this only contains those 2 ingredients, so it's easy to add this to your current regimen of vitamins and supplements. I take this along with my multivitamin. The benefits are not immediate and will take a long time to see if it does anything, but research seems to indicate it may have benefits and, when taken as directed, can't hurt.

Just 2 ingredients
These capsules contain just those 2 supplements and nothing else. I researched and they are supposed to work really well together. I am hopeful. I don't really notice anything major, yet.
