what accesserioes fit this fryer

Since my recalled unit, CP158-AF was a gift, Amazon won't let me write a review on the replacement, CP168-AF, but the tray and basket that fits the original unit, also fit the replacement. So I have two baskets now. As for the replacement, it took about 3-weeks from when I filed the claim, and the new unit works great like the original one did before all this. I do appreciate Cosori's responsiveness in this situation. I hope that helps.

If this model ends up being recalled is it also going to be an absolute tedious nightmare to get replaced?

I submitted the form and pictures on 2/23/23. I had to send pictures 3 times so they could read the serial number on the bottom. On 3/3 they approved. I keep checking their recall page and thus far it has not been shipped. Maybe because it was white and they don’t offer that any more. Is there a way to ask them what the problem is?

Is the gen 2 improved sound-wise? the beep is so awful it prevents me from wanting to use the air fryer.

As for the sound it makes during frying, it is quieter.

Is the nonstick coating a Teflon?

I put a sheet of tin foil in the basket to a void any messy buildup. Works fine
