Bought as a gift for grandson. Good kit surprised you have to supply the chocolate and the fillings think I would think twice before I bought it again

Quite dear for what you get
Bought for Christmas for my grandson who loves crafts & making things, comes in a good sized box with shapes, bags , & moulds to make stuff in, however I will need to buy some chocolate, sweets. Biscuits etc to go with it as I thought there would be something inside ‘ sadly there isn’t

Disappointing
Box looks exciting, but overall a disappointing set.I should have read more carefully - I didn’t realise that this doesn’t contain any actual chocolate or decorations. You have to buy those separately. That’s my fault for not reading the details.We tried to follow the instructions to make our first bar. The pot (easy squeezer) provided for melting then pouring the chocolate is useless - due to the material, our cooking chocolate would not melt in it in the microwave so we had to take the chocolate out again and melt it in a ceramic bowl instead. Then we poured the melted chocolate back into the ‘easy squeezer’…only to find it was also pretty useless for pouring. We could squeeze about half the chocolate out, but then had to use a spo9n to scrape the rest out. It would have been better to just not use this piece of equipment and use a normal bowl and spatula.The mold did work well and it’s nice to have different inserts to create patterns on the chocolate.
