I'm having troubles charging my iPhone 11 it would show charging than not charge, the speakers are having issues as well?

Maybe it’s just a bad cord, try a different cord, or you got a bad one. Sometimes you have to play with it & slide it more up or down. When you place ur phone on it make sure the little middle light is on. Also, when you put ur phone on it don’t look away right away. Make sure the middle light stays on. Hope this helps

Do you leave in the cable all the time or do you have to disconnect the cable after using ?

I just leave it plugged in all the time. But you can unplug it. You can take the speaker off and use it in another area. Also, when my electricity went out, I was able to use the light and carried around my home to see. Leave the cord plugged in while you charge your phone tho.

What do i do if it won't charge my phone? It is an iPhone 11 so it should work.
