Fermipan Dried Yeast 500 g (Pack of 4)

I started baking for real in lockdown. I find this yeast to be better than supermarket bought sachets as well as far cheaper in the long run. You have to be baking regularly to get through it. Tip - try John Kirkwood's ciabatta on you tube. You will never look back!

I'd bought the same yeast in a tiny quantity previously and been so pleased with the results that I decided to buy a larger quantity. Though four packs this size is quite a lot, the use by date is well in advance (two years) and friends have relieved me of packs that I'm unlikely to need so altogether it's been a very positive experience. This yeast is of a very high quality, very easy to use and something I will buy again when I eventually finish the supply I have.

A high quality yeast giving much better results than any yeast I know and lasts a lot longer. Probably as good as fresh but you can't keep fresh yeast for too long whereas the previous pack of this we had lasted maybe a year.

If you bake breads and breadrolls a lot like I do, buying small packages of yeast is not an economical thing to do. I have bought some other brands, and most of them worked very well, just like this one. The biggest advantage is the low price for this good quality product. The yeast can also be kept for almost 2 years, try to find this in a shop.I have used it for a year now, and I will not switch to another brand.

Excellant product although 2 of the 4 bags received were totally solid and unusable ! However the remaining 2 bags were fine, the bread produced with the yeast was perfect. I would happily purchase the product again.

Perfect for naan and bread will order again definitely value for money easy to use and my baking always comes out perfect

Fermipan is an excellent product. BUT be careful this company states a pack of four and charges £18-£29. I have only received one pack and you are not able to return it. Amazon need to check this out

Some might say that dried yeast is dried yeast. I would beg to differ. As a home bread maker for some years I have tried many different varieties, but have always returned to Fermipan. If you can buy it at the right price, as this was (some suppliers take the mickey) I have found it to be the most consistent and reliable. I have even found a pack I had forgotten at the back of the cupboard over four years old, it worked fine. Highly recommended.
