I bought this for my Grandson. He must be pleased with he hasn't said anything

it doesn't work properly: the time is wrong, it thinks it 2020, when I restart it it just makes it 12am and no manual came with it to help set it up

Looks neat but it’s hard to set up, no instructions. After I had set it up and few weeks later my electricity gone off, the clock restarted and I wasn’t bothered to spend 4 days cracking on different button combinations to put time on.

Hard to programme, then jumps fromProgramme to programme. Don’t waste your money.

Minus the fact that I lost the manual, I find it somewhat hard to regulate the alarm clock? I find the times that come up confusing when you hold down the set button, as first you get a time come up which u can change, then another one, then the current time on display, then the time for alarm no.1, no.2 and no.3. I honestly have no clue what the first 2 times are for. Then, the wireless charging does not work whatsoever. I have an iphone 14 so wireless charging is definitely suitable for my phone. I’ve tried with my phone case, without, put it on top with my screen facing downwards, nothing.

Nice clock but I set the date, time etc and after about 10 minutes it decides to reset itself so will have to return if I can’t figure out how to stop it from resetting

This little clock looks great and has a nice white display which was exactly what we were looking for BUT the display doesn't stay on, you have to clap, shout loudly or touch it to activate it which in our case was useless. We just wanted a clock at the end of the bed that you could glance at at any time day or night and see what time it was, didn't want to have to shout, clap or touch to activate the display. Excellent return service from Amazon though.UPDATE: completely by chance I found a way to keep the display permanently on! It's not documented in the rather confusing 'manual'. If you hold down the up/down buttons simultaneous for a few seconds the clock seems to go into a self test where all the LEDs come on in sequence. Wait till this is done then go through the setup as in in manual and, weirdly, the display stays on!
