I got a promotional packet sent to me and assumed they are treats.** A: these are treats. a tip, if you have a cat food they don't like, mix half cat food & half tuna loin, goes down a treat. **Q: Do they have a long shelf life?** A: Yes over a year. Though leave them in a locked cupboard, or they'll all have mysteriously disappeared by dawn. **Q: Are these like those weebox sticks?** A: They are not 'sticks', they are an actual moist loin of tuna fish. Our cat loves them and definitely appreciates the treat. What I do is open the sachet carefully to make sure none of the liquid/sauce that comes with it gets wasted. Then I break the fish up into pieces and put that in the food bowl with the sauce. I then add an additional small amount of water and mix that with it as this does seem to be needed, especially as there is not that much liquid supplied with each portion of Tuna. Make sure to add a little fresh water to it otherwise it could be a bit too heavy and solid.
