I have a tens 7000 and got this for the rechargeable battery. There is no Normal mode on this. Each mode is a minor variation on low intensity ramping to high then pause and repeat. Adjusting the power is a lot of clicking! And some times it's too low but just one click and it's too high, there's no in between. I have no idea why this has such high reviews.
