I love this product and have ordered it several times. The taste is not particularly pleasant but it dissolves so well in water. It makes you feel relaxed so I take it after dinner or before I go to sleep.

Helps with digestion. Do not put powder in empty glass and put water on top- it will not dissolve this way. Put powder into a full glass of water.

Anyone with IBS is well aware how difficult it can be to shift chronic symptoms. Many medications may improve things temporarily and then make them worse, or simply mask symptoms which then come back with a vengeance. This particular magnesium (I can't speak for any others) seems very helpful in IBS-C and IBS-M (avoid for IBS-D). It has several effects: magnesium relaxes the bowel and speeds up transit. it also relaxes the sphincter between the stomach and small intestine. People with IBS apparently frequently have a shortage of magnesium, so it should also build in the system gradually.This particular type is helpful because as it's in powder form, that genuinely dissolves in water, so you can adjust the dosage for your own needs, gradually building to a helpful amount. It has a minimal flavour and seems to act in a reasonably gentle manner, plus it works quickly and effectively. The one minus is that it doesn't come with a measuring spoon, and 'half a teaspoon' is impossible to measure accurately without one. I've had to order some measuring spoon which is an additional cost. I also don't like the fact that Amazon seems to happily increase the price daily once you've bought, which seems the opposite of good business practice.

However I’m very glad I bought it !It mixes perfectly into my flax seed /chia seed and almond milk..tasteless and dissolved instantly.I thought I’d ordered potassium magnesium citrate tabs …So a lucky mistake…👍

I'd rather buy powder than capsules made of silicon dioxide or cheap gelatin from god knows where.I've bought Mg citrate from other brands before and it's normally easy to dissolve it in slightly hot water but this one is really strange... The powder is very fine and when you put the powder in a cup >before< putting water it'll turn into a hard, water-insoluble pastry.PS: Reading from another comment this is suspected to be TRImagnesium citrate yet they are allowed to label it as magnesium citrate

My wife has irritable legs and this has really helped her.

One of the better ones around and it works, just dont over do it.
