Sleek, compact and easy to use!
I've been wanting to get my child a drone for a while now being as they're always so intrigued by them anytime someone near us has one. If you too, have been on the hunt for one you're likely aware that these things can have a very high price point, especially the higher end brand name drones. I definitely wasn't looking to spend top dollar especially for my child's first drone. I happened to stumble upon this drone while browsing on Amazon, I was immediately drawn to it because of its compact and sleek looking design. I like that the body is small as well as the propellers making this a totally compact mini drone. This is actually a surprise gift for Christmas so I haven't let my child play with it as of yet. However, I did take it for a test run to ensure that everything's accounted for and works properly. Happy to say nothing was missing. I like the fact that this comes with propeller guards but doesn't require you to use them. Again, I was testing so I didn't attach them for flight purposes but did pop one on to see how easy it was to install and uninstall, happy to say it was very simple to do. Should my child decide to use them they'll be able to easily add or remove at their discretion. The additional propellers are nice to have as well, in the event that anything should break, these too, are easy to remove and install. As for flying the drone, take off is simple especially considering it has an auto take off button, but even if you don't use that, if you've used drones before this should be very simple for you. I on the other hand haven't flown many, so there was a bit of a learning curve. Nothing too complicated though, I quickly got the hang of it. My first attempt at landing was a little rough, due to user error though because I tried on my own without using the auto landing button. After that crash though I opted to stick with using the auto landing button as well as the gravity control which definitely made maneuvering a lot easier. The only thing I'd say I think could have made this a little better is if the camera were placed on the underside of the drone, its not a deal breaker by any means and seems to pretty much be the case with most drones. It doesn't take away from the video angle or quality at all just personal preference. You do have to download an app to connect to the drone to view video but the app itself doesn't take up much memory and thus far works seamlessly. I certainly had a lot of fun flying this drone and I know my child's going to love it, can't wait to give it to them.

Fun, easy to use, and very sturdy product!!!
I bought this for my teen brother for Christmas and it's awesome!! He loves learning to fly a drone and loves video recording his flights! It's super compact and lightweight, which is nice for on the go. It comes with propellor guards, 2 micro-usb rechargeable batteries and a remote control that has a companion mobile app so you can view and record 1080P video and photos from the drone itself. I was even shocked to find that there was a small screwdriver included to open the controller to add the 2 AA batteries which is very handy! The drone operates and responds extremely well and has a total flight time of about half an hour but with two batteries that makes a whole hour of fun!Its range is pretty far too which is cool. The controller has a number of buttons to make it easier to take off, land, and do wicked things like flips. The controller also has buttons to customize how you fly. The build quality is sturdy (definitely didn't crash multiple times to find that out😅) and is built to last I'd for sure recommend this for kids or anyone who is interested in a starter drone without a huge price tag.

Excellent beginner drone!
I bought the SEAREFR Quad Drone with camera because the price was great and I could use it without risk of losing a lot of money, to practice flying quad drones, increase my skill and confidence level. The quad drone is very easy to setup and very easy to fly. It has a decent size (about 8" - 9" diagonally measured), and has bright lights in the front and rear, which helps with knowing which way the drone is facing, for controlling it. It also has built-in Wifi (for connecting a phone - you download an App) and, yes, a manually adjustable camera. I set mine to look straight ahead. Through the App and your connected phone, you can make videos or take photos, and they are stored on your iPhone or Android. The drone comes in its own semi-hard, padded carrying case with the quad, transmitter, 2 batteries, a USB charging cable, 4 blade protector / guards, some spare blades and a screw driver. Again, setup was easy - you simply unfold the quad's arms, charge the battery, and install 3 - AA batteries in the transmitter, and you're ready to fly.

Wanted to love it, hated to send it back...
I bought this for my 9 year old grandson's birthday, who is very coordinated with a controller from playing his PS4 games. I have a DJI Mini drone and hold an FAA Drone Pilot license to be able to fly legally for real estate aerial photos and video. My grandson tried to launch the drone three times inside our high-ceiling living room and it crashed all three times within 10 seconds. He was very frustrated. We set it aside for a week and today the weather outside was warmer (northern California) and the wind was pretty still. I tried to launch the drone in the middle of the street. What I thought was a very slight breeze was too strong for the drone. I couldn't get it to come back and it drifted a few yards across the street and crashed in a bush. We took it to the park after replacing one of the propellers. Even though there was almost unnoticeable movement from the wind in the trees, when I launched it in the middle of the grass field (off a large plastic bin lid), I couldn't get control of it to hover. Again, it drifted away across the field and landed in another bush that was about 25 yards away. Lost another propeller. At that point I thought I'd try it one last time in our living room at home. Again, it launched and I couldn't get it stabilized before it hit the wall. Game over. I'm sad that it didn't work out for my grandson. I hope my report can help others anticipate how this drone will work for them.
