Marbles, bag of 100 - 00601

I bought these marbles for my two grandsons as I had found my grown up son's old Marble Run (minus marbles) in our attic. Lots of fun for all, but I must say I was a bit miffed when I found that I could have bought the same amount of marbles at the local poundstretcher for less than a pound. Never mind eh? You can't win 'em all!

Standard sized marbles, no chipped ones, so so far so good. only thing i would say is the green tint of the main glass is a bit deeper colour than the pics show. harder to see colour swirl inside, than the pic shows.

my grandson was delighted when they arrived asked his father to show how they played with them in his day.Now getting amarble run and use them on that too..Fantastic xx

This is two bags of 50 marbles, one traditional "eye" colours and the other a sort of pearlised selection. Also includes a couple of giant marbles. Very good value for money. My grandson loves 'em! Recommended.

I have been disappointed by marble purchases in the past. Some disreputable dealers bulk out the bag with square and other sub-standard angular marbles. Not so with this purchase. I checked each one with a spheriscope and am delighted to say every one was round.

The large marbles aren't supplied any more. It looks like the seller has changed what they supply, but not updated the description. What is supplied looks to be identical to what is available for less from other sellers, I went for this one because I wanted the large marbles as well as the small ones. If you only want small ones then they're probably fine, but shop around.Seller has offered a discount in view of the discrepancy.

Half the marbles where opaque white and not clear as the picture shows. As I only needed 6 to use as eyes for my allotment cut out cat bird scarer. I had to buy 100, this was the smallest quantity on offer on the web. For the price they where a real bargain.

I used this product to put in the bottom of a vase as the stems of the daffodils were quite short & the marbles raised them up in the vase.They did the job perfectly & looked quite pretty too.
