Superb model but not for beginner.
Wow! I am seriously stunned by both the quality and contents of this superb kit. Not only do you get a 1/48 scale spitfire you also get 6 ground crew figures (inc pilot) along with ground equipment and a boarding ladder. It comes with optional arms loadouts, canopy open or closed option and alternate rear rudder and flaps. You even get a dog! As mentioned in other reviews there is a tiny bit of flash on some parts but it is minimal and easily rectified by an experienced modeller. Compare this to an airfix 1/72 scale model which is only about £5 cheaper but half the size and with no extras with a rubbish pilot figure and minimal interia details. Absolutely no comparison. If you interested in getting a model spitfire get this, no brainer.

Good value for money
A bit tricky to get the fuselage lined up but with patience it can be achieved, lots of detail to the engine and weapons, good choice of figures and a few ground crew accessories, good value for money

Nicely detailed model.
A nice model in a scale that is becoming more popular. Probably better for the more experienced modellers. It doesn't have as many locator pins and other assembly aids as other manufacturers, also the thinner plastic moulding and flash makes for a more challenging build. However the addition of ground crew and other figures along with tools and benches etc makes for a very good value kit which will challenge most model makers.

Fantastic details and amazing build quality
100% better than other kits of this type.Really is a fantastic detailed kit with ground crew workmen and even a dog!No sprew or mistakes in moulding went together very very well apparently.Amazed its made in the ukraine 🇺🇦

Model is ok with nicely engraved panel lines. Fit is fiddly , instructions basic. All in all though a nice kit and fresh value when you add in the figures.

As usual these kits from ICM models are fantastic when completed for 1.48 scale the detail in everything is fantastic..

Poor casting.
Amazing amount of detail. Sadly very poor casting ruined the ability to assemble in the way it was designed to be built.
