I bought one of their sinks in hammered copper and this sealant worked great.The only downside was the applicator tip was cheesy and did not work well.Did a lot of hand smoothing and it turned out looking great.

I have six hammered copper sinks and I purchased this ORB since all of my faucets and plumbing fixtures are Oil Rubbed Bronze. I read many negative reviews, so I approached my project of changing out all the pop-up drains to the daisy drains to avoid any unintended overflows. Some critics called this silicone "brown." that, to me, is like calling your ORB plumbing fixtures brown. This product is an excellent match for your ORB fixtures and drains.While applying silicone of any sort is likely my least favorite home improvement project ever, I found this product easy to use and the finished projects all came out perfectly. I'm a very difficult person to please with most anything, but this product I really found to be of great benefit. None of the reported shortcomings reported in other reviews were experienced here. I used half of the tube doing six copper sinks and drains. I removed the clear silicone utilized by the plumber who installed the sinks and drains and replaced all with this ORB silicone and I am now both relieved and pleased that the end result was perfection.

I bought this caulk to fill a wall gap in our new basement bathroom. The shower wall tile that we bought did not have matching bullnose tile available, so we had the installer use oil rubbed bronze Schluter strips to terminate the tile. After the install, there was a gap between the wallboard and Schluter strip that showed an irregular paint line and tile mortar. This caulk did a superb job in filling these gaps and matches the strip color perfectly. Great product. The consistency is perfect, but it must be recognized that this stuff is much more difficult to expel from a “toothpaste tube” vs. a caulk gun. It did a superb job and we are very pleased.

This product was a perfect match/complement for my copper sink and sink strainer installation. The cure time is very user friendly and I had more than sufficient time to clean up residue and dress the beads. Other silicones I have used in the past skinned over too quickly and forced me to rush the work. Residue wiped off the sink and granite with just a paper towel. I installed a large 32" x 19" single bowl sink, and there was sufficient product in this tube to place a thick bead around the entire lip, a final bead pressed into the gap of the sink and counter and installation of the the strainer, with some left over. The product was very difficult to extract from the tube, especially as the remaining product became less and less. A mini cartidge type packaging that could be used in a caulking gun would earn 5 stars for this product.

I bought this to go along with the copper sink that I purchased through Amazon. None of the folks who were involved with the installation of the sink and the counter top had seen this product before. It made a subtle, yet quality difference in the installation. You can not see where the sink ends and the counter top starts. This is quite remarkable. As we make changes throughout our house, we will be using this product again, but it was worth even a one time use.

I am not sure how it will hold up, but this silicone was perfect for my new copper sink. It was easy to use and just the right match. It did not smell as bad as some silicone does and the color is nice. Glad I got it.

This is a sheer, dark gray color, not copper color. It’s thin and goes on like crap, then takes forever to dry. Had to apply multiple times. Will probably end up using something else over it. Don’t bother.

Mid way through installing my new copper sink on my new granite countertop, the caulking tube exploded from the bottom. 3/4 of the caulking dropped on my new counter! I honestly think it would have ruined my counter if I didn't happen to have 1/2 gallon of mineral spirits on hand. It was a HUGE mess. Terrible experience with this product. I'm the son of a contractor, and I've used more tubes of caulking than I can count, and I've never had a tube completely fail like this. Not caulking gun tubes, and not squeeze tubes. This is the worst caulking tube I've ever experienced. The caulking actually seems fine, and dries fairly neutral. It blends well with the dark copper sink and black leathered granite. But what good is it if the caulking tube fails? I'm not the only one with this complaint. Not by a long shot.Premier Copper Products:. It's time to improve the packaging on this product. It's not functional as is. Must be changed immediately!!!I wouldn't trust this tube for toothpaste, let alone silicone caulking. Keep looking elsewhere.
