I’m just saying this for people that thought it was too small to wrap around their shoulders.) It can get really hot. The hotter the better for me. (I did see some reviews where it was too hot for some people, but there are five settings ). It’s helping a lot with my neck and shoulder pain. The cord is a Little short. I Plug it into a power strip and it seems to be OK if I sit close to the outlet on my couch. Bottom line is this works for me.
