Would highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product and customer service *by A***M on 13 November 2025* We use this lead for walks and find it really practical to be mostly hands free due to current medical issues with hands. The bungee lead works well with our dog and the waist belt is great. Unfortunately the zip on one of the belt pockets failed after a few weeks but I reported this to the supplier and the customer service response was immediate and the item replaced straight away which was really positive.
