They’re easy to slip on. My normal shoe size is 7, but I got a 7.5. They are a tiny bit loose, but just wear thick socks and it fits perfectly. When first arrived they do have a strong odor to them, in my opinion it’s not bad. Just a REALLY strong “new shoe” smell. Keep in mind though that these shoes aren’t fully “leather” looking. It has velvet on the sides/back, but that wasn’t a problem for me. The shoes are comfortable if your going for small walks, but they don’t have any cusion on the inside so, your feet will hurt after awhile.
