Can you pick up metal straight from a hot bbq? Like the metal frame

I use them to handle melted plastic (HDPE & PP) between 180-200°C they’re also very good for baking trays etc so I would say picking up a BBQ by the frame should be fine 👍🏻 I obviously wouldn’t pick anything up that had been directly in the fire though!

Is it only one one size

We have gloves with larger size.

I'm taking a stab in the dark here, but I'm guessing China... actually, Guangzhou to be more specific

They’re one size fits all adults. They’re great gloves, easy to wash under the tap too. Much better than the cloth ones.
