I feel that it cleans my teeth well of an evening, it foams nicely and leaves my mouth feeling fresh. Athough not easy to gauge, I do believe consistent use of this product is enhancing the look of my teeth ie whiteness. I hope that they are also becoming stronger or at least decaying at a slower rate. I consume a lot of fruit and am concerned about enamel erosion and am using this product to keep that at bay.
