Excellent omega 3 product made using algae not fish and hence good for vegans. Delivery and quality also good.

After trying similar alternatives I have found this to be the best vegan DHA omega 3 supplement.

My mostly vegan family take these daily and have for two years. I believe it does help brain function. Our kids are very smart and very healthy and I am able to focus on very complicated projects for many hours without problems. I feel sharper and improved memory since taking them.The capsules contain carrageenan which could potentially be a problem but this is in the capsule only so we bite through this and don't swallow the shell.The taste is neutral and not unpleasant. Definitely nothing like dead fish oil from my omnivorous former life.Quality is always excellent. Keep them in the fridge as soon as delivered.

I've been using these for a couple of weeks. I've made a lot of changes to my diet so really hard to say if these have made any improvement. Overall I am feeling better and have more mental clarity and also feel I have less aches and pains. What I would say for sure is that these tablets are pretty easy to take and they have absolutely no after taste. I understand they are vegan which I am not but I also don't see the sense in overfishing to make omega oil supplements if it can be obtained from algae. Overall I'm happy with this product and it's strength at the price point.Edit: After a period of unavailability the price of these has gone up by £7 which does not represent such good value.

Wanted a vegan option and this one is perfect, been taking it for over two years now, good value for money.

For years I've taken cod liver oil with zinc to stave off arthritis (it works) but after learning of the damage over fishing is doing to our environment (not to mention the needless slaughter of fish), I opted for Omega-3 as a substitute for cod liver oil. It is every bit as potent and works just the same but I no longer require to have fish killed as a consequence. Seems a sensible option to me. The once per day capsules are easy to swallow and slip over quickly without leaving a taste. They are expensive but no more so that cod liver oil.

Firstly I like the brand and packaging and what they stand for. I haven't noticed any difference to my health and I think I've used them for 4 months. I like that they're one tablet a day. But they're are similar products out there which are more cost affective so unfortunately I've switched. But it is a nice product
