Our 2 cats love to jump on the counter and drink out of the sink, or topple over cups of water and drink off the counter. We found a circulating fountain nearly eliminated those maddening annoyances. We spent less money on a cheaper fountain than this and it was super noisy and gross to clean and stopped working after only 2 years. We also had to have it close to an outlet which made for some inconveniences. I decided to splurge a bit and get this fountain, even though it really isn't too costly. The design of this thing is FAR superior to the fountain we had before. The mechanism for the water movement is in a place where pet hair is far less likely to clog it up. It is buried in water like in a fish tank, and so it is super quiet. I can't even hear it. The water stays quite clean because most of the water is covered up, yet you're able to tell what the water level is. Our cats love it, it's nice to look at, and my favorite part is that I don't have to have it near an outlet. It comes with a cord that plugs into a USB type outlet. So I am able to put it on top of a little cabinet next the cats food. I plugged it into a power bank, pulled the cord around the back of it and tucked it in the upper drawer (pictured, cord coming around the right side). I just have to charge it once a week.

I have tried several fountains over the years, and this is BY FAR my favorite. It has a sleek, compact design and looks great in my home. More importantly, it is lightweight and super easy to disassemble and clean. It's also essentially silent. My cats love it.

We got this because our newly adopted cats weren't drinking. This fountain is great. It's quiet, easy to see the water level, it's durable and the cats love it. My only dislike is the ease of cleaning. Since it is corded, we have to unplug it everytime. The spout has seams that collect grime and are not easy to scrub. The spout also has a 90 degree angle so I'm pretty sure I'm missing parts with the straw brush.

I noticed with the optional spout that my cats weren't drinking from the fountain. When I removed the optional spout, the water fountain would shoot over the back side of the fountain. This was just as my purchase return policy expired, so I reached out to Petlibro directly and they helped me troubleshoot what the issue might be; it ended up being the water tray. Though I'm still not sure if my cats like this waterer/will even drink from it, I'm very appreciative for their customer service to help ensure the waterer works as intended!With the optional spout, the waterer is very quiet. Without the optional spout, you can hear a bit of the water trickling/bubbling.The waterer is very easy to clean as there are no corners, and easy to assemble.

I LOVE this fountain. My boys drink a good amount of water so the fountain is perfect for keeping their supply fresh and enticing. My real lobe of this fountain is how easy it is to clean. I have tried so many fountains from different brands over the years. I could never get into the motor to fully clean it and would have to either replace the motor or the whole fountain every few months. This motor comes completely apart. It is wonderful! We have really hard water and live in the south so it can get gunked up quick. I am able to pull it all apart and use the small cleaning brush that came with it to get it completely clean. Well worth the money and this made me purchase an automatic feeder from the company which I also love!

I am leaving a review because the pump in my bowl has died. I lasted two years of running 24/7 and it finally stopped working. For the price, two years is longer than expected and the replacement pump is not too expensive.

I love the concept. Want the best for my cats. However, when I go to refill it, there’s always a huge puddle of water under it that I have to clean up. Like it leaks. Not sure if anyone else has that problem or it’s just me. Overall I love it, just hate the mess it makes.

This fountain was relatively easy to set up. My cats like the running water and this encourages them to drink more. It is easy to see the current water levels and determine how much your cats are drinking and when a refill is needed. I use already filtered water for this fountain so hopefully this helps the filters to last longer.I have had this fountain for about a month and so far it works pretty well, but there are a few issues with it. I have noticed that the flow of water diminishes over time and even after cleaning and putting in a new filter, the flow of water was not great even though there was still a significant amount of water left. The flow did increase when I added more water and filled it all the way to the line, but I don't think I should need to fill the water every single day to ensure a decent flow of water.The fountain piece does have 2 little holes that other reviewers have mentioned that are unable to be cleaned since the holes are so small. So far it seems clean, but I have not had the fountain for long, hopefully this will not be an issue in the future..I also feel that the water dish could be a little deeper in case there are any issues with power outages since it is very shallow and does not hold that much water. It is not a primary concern but could be something that could be addressed in future models of the fountain.Even though it is not the best fountain, it is worth it for the price.

The media could not be loaded.  I would not call myself a cat water fountain expert. I have only owned two water fountains. The first one I ever bought has been wonderful but it's a little noisy and hard to clean. That being said, I wanted to get them another one because the cats loved it so much. I didn't bother to do a lick of research because I was so confident in my fountain picking skills. I was scrolling Amazon as one does when window shopping on the couch, and I saw this fountain. They advertised it being quiet and easy to clean and I thought 'Oh yeah, we'll see about that.'. So, I ordered it.I think it was the next day, I got it in the mail and I pulled it out and I thought wow it's smaller than I thought it was. The next thought was put this in the bedroom. If it's quiet, it shouldn't wake me up. I cleaned it walked into my bedroom put it down and then filled it with water. Then I plugged it in. It worked instantly as the water started flowing. They were honest. It is almost absolutely silent, the odd bubble when the water level is low but it's just water sounds as opposed to pump sounds or machine sounds. So now it's in my bedroom and I can only hear it when the cats are drinking out of it because all I'm hearing is them slurping water.Overall, this was a fantastic purchase. I am honestly looking at maybe trying to get a second one and maybe a back up because it's at a fantastic price.Now to add a little more context, I've had it for a while now. I've had it for over a month and I've experienced absolutely no issues. I love it. It's great.

No hace ruido, no derrama agua y lo mejor es que tiene una almohadilla adentro que filtra el agua muy bien. El plato es de aluminio y eso me gusta mucho mantiene el agua más fresca. Si se corta el Suministro de luz mantiene agua en el platito a un nivel para que no se queden sin agua, a diferencia de otras fuentes.

Llevaba meses buscando la mejor opción de fuente para mis dos gatos, me encantó que esta tenía una promoción muy llamativa y no lo dudé ni un segundo en comprarla! Hoy mis dos gatitos la aman y ya no les gusta tomar de un plato, su fuente es lo máximo!Esta fuente no hace ruido, está de tamaño ideal, no genera mucha electricidad, en general, está excelente!

Mis gatos ahora toman muchisima mas agua que antes gracias a esta fuente. Es muy silenciosa (practicamente solo se escucha el agua correr) y el modelo se ve bonito en la sala. Es facil de instalar ya leyendo el instructivo y tiene varios repuestos de partes extra en su interior ( esponjas de metal extra, tiene 4 filtros extra y un cepillo para limpiar la boquilla donde pasa el agua). Es facil de limpiar y la verdad con el uso que le hemos dado se paga practicamente sola. La recomiendo muchismo
