Pharma Nord40mg Bio-Pycnogenol 60 Tablets

I got these during pregnancy to help with circulation. I wanted to find a natural alternative to Aspirin. Unfortunately they gave me really bad headaches so I had to stop taking them.

I am convinced this does me good and I like this brand in particular. Within a few days of taking I noticed that when brushing my teeth, for example, there was no bleeding of the gums.

Great product and very fast delivery.

Prompt arrival. After 3 days my leg pain subsided, it’s still there but not as intense as before. It could be a placebo effect however after months of pain it’s interesting that this reduced when I started taking Bio-pycnogenol. So far so good and I will be repurchasing.

I purchased to improve circulation. I didn't notice any improvement after 5 days. On the other side I developed nasty side effects, abdominal pain, nausea and bad breath. Had to throw in the bin. I am not really sure if this company actually deserves all the praise. Their products are a lot more expensive and this is not the first time I got disappointed. I often buy supplements from a lot cheaper, British brand and always have had positive results. I don't think I will be back buying from pharma nord

Good product

I have taken these for about a year and they have helped with hay fever and my immune system seems to be healthier.

I believe these are doing good. Noticed my skin looks and feels really nice. Also, I used to get a twinge in my knee. Not noticed it for ages now. Could be to do with taking Pycnogenol :-)
