SpeedoBoys Eco Endurance Jammer, Comfortable Fit, Adjustable Design, Extra Flexibility

These fit exactly as we expected and are great for school swimming lessons. Our son had exactly the same type previously for the whole of the last school year and has grown out of them without them wearing out at all (no fading, snagging or stretching) so them seem great quality. Our son has just turned 10, is slim build and currently wearing size 8-9 trousers/shorts (for child's height around 130-134cm), and he has just started wearing the 28" size of these. He has worn them for swimming a couple of times now and they are just tight enough round the waist not to fall off at all.

Not expensive for the product, as some high street stories with other label brands are coming up more expensive that this one. But a good fit, with working drawstrings and clings to the body for a good swimming impact. To size, I used a simple tape measure on my child, and ordered the size in inches that the tape measure said (I measured just above the hips) perfect fit.

We bought two pairs of these for two boys - one just turned 9, the other 11 in a few months. Both have 24" waists (eldest is quite slender).We went by the sizing chart for the youngest and bought the 26" (7-8) and they fit just fine. In theory the 26" would also be the ones to have bought for the eldest going by waist size, but we went for the 28" (9-10) just because he is older and taller. They fitted just fine in terms of length and waist (the drawstring on the wait ensures a proper fit).Basically don't go solely by the age listing as you'll probably end up with a size too big - with a 9 year old the 7-8 (26") were good and with the (almost) 11 year old the 28" (9-10) were good - even though they both had the same 24" waist size!After their first use at their swimming lessons, youngest told me that he's definitely faster in these compared to his old trunks! :-D

I purchased these over the xmas holidays for my 10 year old son as he had swimming lessons in January with the school and he didnt like the small shorts he has had to wear in the past, he wore them constantly over a two week period and i have to say they havnt lost there colour even after several washes, i ordered a 28" which i think is hip measurement rather than waist so just be careful of the sizes, my son is quite tall and slim. When they arrived the label said they were Australia boy aged 10 but other countries age 11/12 when he tried them on they fitted him fine not too tight and they also have a drawstring waist. My son loves these says they are comfortable and he thinks they help him swim faster! I bought these from Wisden Sports via amazon and only paid £6.49 plus p&p. Worth every penny i will definately be purchasing another pair.

Bought this for my older son about 3 years ago, he's was a very sunny 5 year old and they fit him well, not snug but not too baggy like trunks would have been. I have since bought them again for my now 4 year old, he's the opposite, quite chunky and tall for his age. These are a snug fit for him but works, I probably buy the size up for him. They are good quality, well made and last well. My boys swim twice a week on average

These are lovely. My son is 5 years old and these say 6 years inside and it is quite accurate if not a little generous in sizing. They are not skin tight like Lycra swimming shorts but they don't ride up his legs and he is comfortable in them. The waist is very adjustable. They dry quickly out of water.

If you want tight, streamlined swimwear, but don't like the 'y-front' looking type, these are an excellent alternative.They hold tight down the leg and don't lose their grip. They have strings on the inside to adjust the fit.For my swimming team I had to wear tight swimwear and to be honest, I thought the regular Speedo's were too... revealing. These really are a great alternative.Overall, a great alternative at a great price with great quality. I really recommend it.

We've bought our kids these shorts in every size from the time they started swimming at age three. We've never been disappointed. They are good quality and last multiple swim practices each week.

These jammers are our family's go-to swimming shorts. Our boys swim twice a week throughout the year and these things endure. I can't say enough positive things about these.
