I find it very helpful to make half and half for my coffee by first putting 2 tablespoons of heavy cream powder in a small cup and then put small amount of hot coffee (enough to cover the powder) and stir to desolve the powder into creamy consistency. It works very well for me. However, if I put a full cup of hot coffee in a cup first and later put the powder, the powder would not desolve well, and I would find undesolved clumps all over no matter how hot the beverage was. I like the taste and it’s perfect for my coffee. I also can bring this powder with me when I travel. I will purchase this product again.

Love it, Adds a nice richness to coffee, or soups. And won't spoil as fast as fresh cream.

You may like this if you enjoy the taste of powdered milk. The ingredients are "organic cream, organic non-fat dry milk." My mix is clumpy and the taste is not tolerable. I purchased this to use in my coffee. I mixed 1 tablespoon powder with 1 tablespoon warm water as directed on the package, but it did not dissolve well. I used a frother to force the powder to mix, then added it to my coffee and frothed a second time. On a scale of 1-10, the taste is a 1. I cannot drink this and it is non-returnable. Ugh.

I have wished for this for decades: a way to make my strong tea creamy and luscious, even without sweetener. In the past, I made do with nonfat dry milk, and recently, I found a few products with weird additives. This is just the cream. I’ll have to figure out how to avoid lumps, but this is a giant step forward. With a touch of raw honey, my creamy tea is even like a dessert.

We don’t like giving crummy Reviews…but seriously, think twice before purchasing this Product. The consistency and texture of the Powder is pretty much the same as other Brands of Powdered Heavy Cream, but it TASTES NOTHING LIKE the various other Brands. Like many Folks, we purchased it because we prefer Organic Dairy Products whenever possible. We were shocked at the difference in taste! Honestly, it’s beyond odd. Just can’t see very many People who would enjoy using it for any purpose. It’s difficult to imagine that it is even a Dairy Product, at all. It’s not spoiled or old, it just tastes nothing like actual Heavy Cream Powder. Obviously, having Organic is great, but if it tastes weird and is virtually unusable, it ends up being worthless for the Customer. Very disappointed :-\
