Second time buying, work very well!
This works very well with moen single handle bath/shower faucets. I find the installation very easy to do and this was the second faucet I repaired using this kit. Be sure to use proper lubricant on o-rings and other rubber parts. Price is fair compared to diy stores and I didnโt have to drive 50 miles to store and back saving even more money.

No more leaky faucet
My faucet gave up the ghost and almost as much water was coming out under the handle as through the spout. A little research told me that my cartridge probably failed. This was one of the cheaper options but it had good reviews so I thought Iโd try it . Turned out to be what was needed. And so easy to install. I had watched a YouTube video on how to do it, but that wasnโt really necessary because all the instructions came printed with the cartridge. They also included the little tool you need to remove the old cartridge. As well as two extra pins.

A poor imitation of Moen cartridge
Junk. Bought 2 of these for backup for our Moen kitchen faucet back in 2018. Faucet usually wants a replacement cartridge every three years or so, so we wanted some on hand. Installed the first one of these in January 2021. Fine, nice and smooth, no leaks - for about a month. Then it became more and more difficult to move the handle up and down, like something was dragging in the cartridge. Finally pulled it out for a look today (about 2 months after installation) and found that the center small o-ring on the stem was really chewed up where it rode on that tear-drop shaped hole you can see in the outer plastic housing. We experimented with removing the center o-ring, and the faucet handle then works smoothly again, but the faucet drips at a slow rate. Incidentally, the original Moen cartridge has only 2 o-rings on the center stem. Our theory is that this after-market design has an extra one to try to make up for the sloppy results of the plastic molding process (small steps in the plastic). Oh, we did try the second one of these cartridges also today - it immediately leaked badly right around the cartridge when the faucet was shut off. Visual inspection showed even larger imperfections in the plastic molding process than specimen number 1. Again - this is money-wasting junk. Two units purchased, got one month of trouble-free use, one month of troublesome use; and now both units are heading for the trash. I checked, and our package in 2018 did come from same seller (HowPlumb) that is still currently listed for the product.

Easy to replace and fix leaky faucet
I saw a YouTube video and expected a terrible experience removing the old cartridge. Thankfully the tool provided worked easily and in no time it was replaced. It would be nice if the instructions were printed in a font bigger than 4 so you don't need a magnifying glass. ;)

Stem cartridge for Moen
Once installed seems that Iโm getting lower water pressure and it leaks unless i have the nob in the middle between hot and cold.

Easy to install, works perfectly!
There isn't much to say about this cartridge other than it works exactly as it should. When your previous cartridge starts to leak, this is an ideal replacement. The only advice I can really offer is that you need to use the included tool to loosen the old cartridge in order to remove it. Put the tool overtop of the existing cartridge, rotate the tool and cartridge until it comes lose, and then remove the old cartridge. Once it's removed, I would carefully clean the cylinder to make sure there is no debris or sediment buildup remaining that might interfere with the new cartridge. There are YouTube videos to help you should you need them.
