Used it in external pipe and works great!

Used this to repair a leaking water butt. As the tape doesn't stick on wet surfaces we drained the water out, dried it off and the tape stuck brilliantly.

Great Item, Great Price & Great Delivery

For starters, this tape is no where near as sticky as advertised. It’s a cheaply made product, there’s also spelling errors on the label, not a big deal, but indicates it’s cheaply made. As other reviewers mention, it probably needs warming before application. I bought this to cover the join in my felt roof on my shed to stop water seeping in. On application I knew I’d have to start looking for an alternative solution, as it was barely sticking to the roof. I applied it and thought I’d wait and see. Maybe the sun would heat and adhere it better. I today applied a different sealant to the second joint, and could see water clinging to this tape. It almost attracts water and when I tried to remove the tape, the underneath was sodden damp. If id left it on, it would have made my problem much worse. I can’t think of any practical application for this stuff to be honest. It seems useless. Attached is the picture where I tried to see how easily this stuff would be to remove. It didn’t barely adhere at all and you can see the damp underneath where the tape is.

Some patches worked in outdoor above ground pool but does not work under water

Worked a treat on shed edging where didnt quite meet edges so easy to use didnt need roller to seal

Worked well taping up irrigation hose that had been cut by a lawn mower. Very pleased with product.

Great stuff

Not useful. It’s not even sticky. Leakage is still a problem and nothing solved. I don’t recommend for anyone to use it.
