Review: Not flat. Not good for induction. - Was excited as the pan is larger size. It doesn’t heat evenly and everything whether it be oil or an egg, falls to the edges of the pan and the edges don’t get hot enough. I wouldn’t recommend.
Review: Not so great - I got the 12 inch and I found that on a standard hob it does not conduct to the edges so well. Also it does not fit in a standard oven. Quality is ok but yea not that happy with it considering the price.

A: The one we received was fully stainless.

**Q: What is the depth of the 12in pan? Need high walls at least 3 in from bottom of cook bottom, not the pan’s bottom**
