"Leave no trace" is the idea. Hope it works out this is a cracking little fire box for a canpfire or for cooking on but you do heed plenty of dry and small pieces of wood. **Q: how long does it take to heat up** A: There's no simple answer to this. For a small stove it has quite a large capacity, and it depends on how much of the capacity you are using, and how thick and how dry the wood is. Seems a quality product! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good little stove *by M***. on 22 August 2017* Very good little wood stove at a good price, much cheaper than others on the market and very well built and sturdy when slotted together. Got quite a substantial weight to it which could be good or bad, it's definately sturdy. Pots fit on top very nicely and it works great at cooking things with a bunch of small sticks, seems like it could be used with fuel tablets but I have not tried that. You could probably try it with a meth burner although it is not really intended for that. I have used it a few times camping now and it worked well although the metal has warped but not much can be done about that and it doesn't affect using the stove once it is slotted together.
