After 2 days, my nipples were almost fully healed.I was so determined to breast feed but I had no idea how much it would hurt. We are 3 months in now and I can honestly say that we wouldn't have managed without these cups. If I get a little tender now I pop them on again and within an hour or so I am pain free again. I've never experienced pain like that before having a child and I was willing to do anything except stop breastfeeding. Not only have they helped slowly heal my nipples (it will take some time as he had latched on very poorly so they were extremely sore from the beginning) but they also help my milk supply. So easy to use its ridiculous how well they work, I'm never taking them off! The only bad thing id say is it's inconvenient if you don't wear a bra (really dislike bras) and you still leak with them on. Also hard to hide under clothes, other than that I don't have a bad word, I dread losing these so I look after them sacredly.
